The Sci-Fi Channel is having another Twilight Zone marathon beginning tomorrow July 2 through Saturday July 4. There is one difference in this particular
marathon however. They will be showing episodes from the TZ revival from the mid-80s as well as from the original series. As far as I can tell, all of
tomorrow's programming and up to 5pm Friday is from the 80s series, then they switch to the original. Harlan Ellison was story consultant on the revival
series, and several of his stories were adapted. I know for sure about Shatterday (starring Bruce Willis) and Paladin of the Lost Hour (Danny Kaye), and both
of those will be shown tomorrow, along with One Life, Furnished in Early Poverty (Peter Riegert). Shatterday will air at 11am EST, Paladin at 7:30pm, and One
Life at 9pm. Other authors I am aware of that had stories adapted for the revival series are Roger Zelazny (The Last Defender of Camelot), Joe Haldeman (I of
Newton), Richard Matheson (Button, Button), and two by Ray Bradbury (The Elevator, The Burning Man).
