I haven't watched The Simpsons in several years, and I still haven't seen the movie. However, if memory serves this will be the first time in quite a few years when the Treehouse of Horror episode will actually run before Halloween. It started out slow, causing me once again to wonder why I was still bothering with watching the show, but last night's ep was very good. I just read an item on the Sci-Fi Wire, but they got the news from Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, that NBC might bring Chuck back sooner than the March date previously announced, maybe as early as this month.

I've tried to keep as spoiler free about this one as possible, but have read very positive reviews. Not sure why I haven't downloaded it yet, but then again I probably wouldn't have had the time to watch it.
